Elizabeth created this breast balm inspired to nurture her beaudacious tatas after breastfeeding her daughter.

Formula Ingredients:

Mo Yao (Myrrh): promotes qi and blood movement, breaks up blood stasis (congestion or adhesions), reduces swelling and promotes tissue regeneration.

Ru Xiang (Frankincense):typically paired with Mryhh, this herb promotes qi and blood movement as well as regenerating flesh. This herb is particularly powerful for pain in the low abdomen and pelvic bowl.

Rosehips:rich in antioxidants, vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene, vitamin C (a necessary ingredient to make collagen), Vitamin E and K as well as minerals of calcium, potassium and magnesium. The rose hip itself is a seed filled pod, like that of an ovary gently regulate qi, blood and menstruation and harmonize the liver and stomach while nourishing the heart.

Ai Ye (Mugwort): brings warmth to the channels of the spleen, liver and kidney (the major organs involved in women’s health), alleviates pain and stops itching. Known to enhance dream states.

Hu Lu Ba (Fenugreek): warms the channels and alleviates painHuang Chu Ju (Chamomile): cooling and soothing the skin, moves qi and stops inflammation. Also calms the nerves.

Fu Rong (Hibiscus): promotes body fluids and clears toxins.In a blend of cold-pressed organic sunflower, coconut oil, jojoba oil and grapeseed oil.
