MY SPECIALITIES AND BACKGROUND
I am a lifelong athlete who has competed at the collegiate basketball and elite crossfit level- through this lens I deliver a unique perspective on what it means to be an athletic woman (who has been called masculine her whole life) while nurturing my unique feminine signature.
I am a pelvic integration practitioner who has voraciously studied women’s health, pelvic vitality and sexuality over the past 5 years. I have worked with hundreds of women reconnecting them to the truth of their wombs through hands on, hands in ceremonial bodywork, attended 2 in-depth cadaver labs and am in concurrent pelvic and initiation trainings.
I will have my Doctorate in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture by next year! I braid in the incredible wisdom of eastern herbs, nutrition and holism of the body.
